3DVR is the security surveillance system based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) utilizing spatial information.

BIM : It is the modeling by assembling components, including wall, door, window, stairs, etc.

BIM is more than just 3D image system. It enables effective surveillance utilizing spatial information about components such as window, door, and wall and their location.
